Overview

VisaLang (visalang.org) is a static informational website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as passport numbers, immigration documents, or payment details.

Services and information we use

• Advertising: VisaLang uses Google AdSense. Google provides the consent message for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland; advertising choices can affect whether ads are personalised. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled.
• Tool and route progress: after a tool successfully generates a result, it places only the non-sensitive values needed to restore that result in the page URL. Use the tool’s restart control to remove those URL values. Route pages separately store the current route step in your browser’s local storage; clear site data to remove that route-step progress.
• Direct contact: if you email us, your email provider and ours process the address, message, and any information you choose to include.
• Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained for security and debugging purposes.

Please do not send sensitive case documents

Do not send passport scans, visa files, certificate copies, booking codes, or payment records through a public contact channel. VisaLang does not need them to assess a correction and cannot verify an individual application or certificate.

How we use information

• To respond to corrections, questions, product-update requests, or partnership inquiries that you send directly.
• To maintain site security and prevent abuse.

Cookies and privacy choices

Google's consent message lets eligible visitors accept, reject, or manage advertising choices. Use the available privacy settings control to revisit choices where it is provided. See our Cookie Policy for details about local browser storage.

You can clear or block local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may remove saved tool or route progress.

Third-party links

Our guides link to official exam providers and government authorities. Once you leave visalang.org, their privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for practices on external sites.

Advertising

Display advertising is provided by Google AdSense under the publisher account identified in the site's ads.txt file. Google may use cookies, local storage, and related data for advertising as permitted by the visitor's choices and applicable settings. Google may serve non-personalised or limited ads where personalised advertising is not available. See Google's own policies and the consent message for the applicable choices and vendors.

Your rights

If you contacted us and want your message or email address removed where applicable, contact us. Residents of the EU, UK, and California may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

Children

VisaLang is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
