Overview

VisaLang (visalang.org) is a static informational website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as passport numbers, immigration documents, or payment details.

Services and information we use

Advertising: VisaLang does not currently load an advertising runtime on any page. The shared layout keeps the advertising script off unless a page opts in and the owner turns the site-wide advertising runtime on. The seller line in ads.txt is a prepared declaration that Google is a direct seller. It is not proof that AdSense has approved this site, that a consent message is active, or that ads are being shown. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled.
Tool and route progress: after a tool successfully generates a result, it places only the non-sensitive values needed to restore that result in the page URL. Use the tool’s restart control to remove those URL values. Route pages separately store the current route step in your browser’s local storage; clear site data to remove that route-step progress.
Direct contact: if you email us, your email provider and ours process the address, message, and any information you choose to include.
Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained for security and debugging purposes.

Please do not send sensitive case documents

Do not send passport scans, visa files, certificate copies, booking codes, or payment records through a public contact channel. VisaLang does not need them to assess a correction and cannot verify an individual application or certificate.

How we use information

To respond to corrections, questions, product-update requests, or partnership inquiries that you send directly.
To maintain site security and prevent abuse.

Cookies and privacy choices

No advertising script is loaded while the owner runtime gate is off, so these pages do not currently set advertising cookies through VisaLang. If the owner later enables that runtime, Google and advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers, and a consent message would need to match that live setup before it is described here as active. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Use a tool’s restart control to remove its URL values, and clear site data to remove route-step progress. Tool routes and the searchable Guide Library index do not opt into advertising.

Third-party links

Our guides link to official exam providers and government authorities. Once you leave visalang.org, their privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for practices on external sites.

Advertising

VisaLang does not currently serve display ads and does not ask visitors to click an advertisement. There is no manual ad unit in this source, and no consent-management message is loaded by the site code. A future owner decision to enable the runtime would still have to keep ads visually separate from official-source links and route actions.

The seller entry in ads.txt identifies Google as a direct seller for that possible later decision. It is not proof of consent, legal approval, or a live campaign.

Your rights

If you contacted us and want your message or email address removed where applicable, contact us. Residents of the EU, UK, and California may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

Children

VisaLang is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy when our services, consent choices, or data practices change. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision.
